PN stands for 'Pressure Nominal' and is also refered to as the 'Bar Rating'. This is the maximum internal pressue the pipe is deisgned to handle.
SDR stands for 'Standard Diemsional Ratio' and is the raitio between the outer diameter
and the wall thickness wt.

The higher the SDR rating the thinner the pipe is.
